What the Guild Is
A kind, cozy space for knitters who don't feel fearless yet.
If you've ever told yourself "I pretty much don't know anything," "I'm just not that great," or "I'm stuck in a rut," you have found your people.
Instead of buying expensive one-off classes and stalling out alone in a corner, the Guild gives you a steady, gentle rhythm of fun projects, live support, and friendly practice.
Every 4 weeks, we:
- Cast on a new 10-Day Challenge to knit small accessories (like cozy socks, quick hats, warm mittens, or mini-shawls).
- Master one or two new skills together in a zero-pressure environment.
- Gather for virtual knit nights where you can ask "silly" questions without anyone rolling their eyes.
How Each 10-Day Challenge Works
Bite-sized steps so you always know exactly what to do today.
- Small Projects Only: We focus on small, finishable accessories you can realistically complete.
- 10 Days of Easy Steps: No overwhelming patterns. You get daily, bite-sized instructions that take just a few minutes to read and practice.
- A 3-Month Safety Net: Life happens. Each challenge stays open for 3 full months so you can move at your own pace, start late, and still get full support.

Bi-Weekly Q&A Coaching Calls
Bring your stuck rows, confusing charts, or your "I think I messed up three rows ago" stories. We will fix it together in a kind, welcoming room.
Who This Is For
You will feel right at home here if:
- You call yourself a beginner, a "self-taught and slow" knitter, or an "old girl trying new tricks."
- You have two finished projects on your shelf and four unfinished ones hiding in bags.
- You've ever been told you were "knitting wrong" and now feel nervous asking for help.
- You want to knit beautiful lace, socks, or colorwork, but right now those patterns scare you to death.
Why This Won't Become "Another Unused Thing"
We know you're busy, and we know how guilt feels. We designed the Guild specifically to keep you moving forward:
- Clear Next Steps: You never have to guess what to knit next. A fresh, exciting project lands in your lap every 4 weeks.
- Real Accountability: You aren't watching pre-recorded, lonely tutorials. You are seeing the exact same people working on the same rows.
- Instant Rescue: You will never sit alone with a mistake for weeks. Our Q&A calls rescue your projects before you get frustrated and give up.
- No Prerequisites: You do not need to "get good" before you join. The whole point is to practice together.
Fellow Fearless Knitters
What past Yarnist students have said after learning with us.
“I thoroughly enjoyed your sessions! The way in which you deliver, I feel like I can accomplish my first wearable. The fear is gone.”
“I can do more than I realized...”
“I was putting off trying intarsia because my brilliant knitter friend said it's really hard. I'm working on my first intarsia swatch right now and, once again, it's not nearly as complex as I imagined. My twists are a bit wonky, but I'm getting it.”
“I can do that stuff I have admired for years”
“Thank you for today Johnny! I learned so much that it's hard to choose the one that was the best. Well, except this: I have been struggling with my tension and floats in stranded work and your suggestions and instructions today were great and I really appreciate the help. I will tackle my project again and this time with more confidence and with a fearless attitude!”
“I have been knitting hats for charity for several years and was getting bored with knitting. After this past 4 days, I am now excited about taking on a new endeavor.”
“I was afraid to try brioche and stranded knitting, but you made me see that I CAN do it. I'm fearless now.”
“Before the summit I thought that I would never be able to knit cables in and on anything. Cables frightened me - now I am looking forward to making anything with cables included.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you bill every 4 weeks instead of once a month?
Because our 10-Day Knitting Challenges run on a strict, predictable rhythm. A new project challenge starts exactly every 4 weeks. Billing this way means you pay exactly when a new challenge drops. Because there are 52 weeks in a year, this means there are 13 project cycles per year.
How exactly do the savings work on the Annual Plan?
If you pay $25 every 4 weeks for all 13 cycles, it adds up to $325 over the year. By choosing the Annual Membership for $250, you save $75. That means you get 3 full project cycles (12 weeks of membership) entirely free.
I only know how to knit and purl. Is this too advanced for me?
Not at all. If you can do a basic knit and purl stitch and are willing to try new things with a supportive group holding your hand, you are exactly who we built this for.
What if I am a slow knitter or miss the 10-day window?
There is zero pressure to rush. Every challenge stays fully active for 3 months. You can knit along live, go at your own pace, or start weeks later and still get all your questions answered.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Every Q&A coaching call is recorded, so you can watch whenever it suits you. Better still, you never have to wait for a call at all: post your question inside the member community any time and we will help you get unstuck, usually the same day. That is the fastest way through a stuck row. Knit nights are the one thing worth joining live, since the whole point is the company, but nothing is lost if you miss one.
I am terrible with technology. Will I be able to use this?
If you can click a link in your email and watch a video on your screen, you can use the Guild. If you ever get confused, you can email us directly and a real human will patiently walk you through it.
How do cancellations and refunds actually work?
You are in total control. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. If you prepay for the year and change your mind, just email us. We will instantly refund the remaining, unused time on your membership.
You will never get stuck alone.
The next 10 Day Challenge is coming up soon. Join now and start knitting fearlessly.
