Foundation Row: 3dc in 4th ch from hook, *skip next 3ch [1dc, ch 1, 1dc] in next ch (V-st), skip next 3ch, 7dc in next ch, rep from * across, ending with 4dc in last ch, turn.
Row 1: ch 3 (counts as first dc), skip first dc, 1dc in each of the next 2dc, *V-st in next ch 1 space, skip next 2dc**, 1dc in each of the next 5dc, rep from * ending last rep at **, 1dc in each of the next 2dc, 1dc in top of tch, turn.
Row 2: ch 4 (counts as 1dc, ch1), skip first dc, 1dc in next dc, *7dc in ch 1 space of next V-st**, skip next 3dc, V-st in next dc, rep from * across, ending last rep at **, dc in next dc, ch 1, dc in top of tch, turn.
Row 3: ch 4, 1dc in next ch 1 space, *skip next 2dc, 1dc in each of next 5dc**, V-st in next ch 1 space of next V-st, rep from * across, ending last rep at **, 1dc in last ch 1 space, ch 1, 1dc in top of tch, turn.
