Row 1: (Right Side): 1dc into 4th ch from hook, *3ch, skip 3ch, 1sc into next ch**, work a picot of [3ch, 1sc into next ch] 3 times, 3ch, skip 3ch, [1dc, 2ch, 1dc] into next ch; rep from * ending last rep at ** when 2ch remain, 3ch, 1sc into next ch, 1ch, 1hdc into last ch, turn.
Row 2: 4ch (count as 1dc and 1ch), 1dc into first st, *3ch, skip 1 Picot and 3ch**, into next 2ch sp work 1sc, [3ch, 1sc] 3 times, then 3ch, skip 3ch and 1 Picot, [1dc, 2ch, 1dc] into next Picot, rep from * ending last rep at **, work [1sc, 3ch, 1sc] into top of tch, 1ch, 1hdc into next ch, turn.

Repeat row 2 until you have reached your desired length.
