Double Fleck Stitch

About This Stitch Pattern

The Double Fleck Stitch creates simple rows punctuated with two little seed stitches atop a Stockinette Stitch background.  This knitting tutorial will help you learn how to knit the double fleck stitch. This stitch uses clever placing of knit and purl stitches to create a somewhat architectural pattern that is pleasing to the eye. Stitch Pattern Instructions

Cast On: Multiples of 6 + 4

    • Row 1: Knit
    • Row 2: P4, *k2, p4; rep from * to end.
    • Row 3: Knit
    • Row 4: P1, *k2, p4; rep from * to last 3 sts, k2, p1

Repeat rows 1-4 until you have reached your desired length.
