If you've ever avoided a project because it looked too hard, you're not alone

Most knitters have a mental list of "someday" projects they're too intimidated to start.

You want to knit a sweater, but the construction feels overwhelming and you're afraid of wasting yarn on something that won't fit.

Colorwork charts look like hieroglyphics, and you're convinced you'll mess up the float tension or twist yarns wrong.

Heel turns and gussets make your brain hurt — every sock pattern reads like a foreign language.

You've watched tutorials, but something's still not clicking. You understand the steps but not the why behind them.

This weekend, that changes

Winter Knitting Weekend is four days of live workshops designed to take the mystery out of the projects that intimidate you most.

We're not just showing you what to do — we're teaching you why it works. Once you understand the principles behind hat construction, mitten shaping, sock architecture, and sweater fitting, you can adapt any pattern to work for you.

No more blindly following instructions and hoping for the best. No more being afraid to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?
Free registrants get 48-hour replay access after each day airs. Superpass holders get lifetime access to all recordings, so you can watch whenever works for you.
What skill level is this for?
If you can knit and purl, you're ready. We cover techniques from beginner-friendly to more advanced, and the focus is on understanding why things work — which helps at any level.
Is Day 4 really only for Superpass holders?
Yes. Days 1-3 (Hats, Mittens, Socks) are completely free. Day 4 (Sweaters + the live mini mitten workshop) is exclusive to Superpass holders as a thank-you for supporting the event.
What's the live workshop on Day 4?
Day 4 (Saturday, 11am–3pm ET) is a hands-on workshop where we'll knit a mini mitten together from start to finish. The full 4 hours combines sweater lectures with the hands-on mini mitten project, so you're learning colorwork and construction while you practice in real time. You don't need to knit along live — the replay is included with your Superpass.
How does the tech work? Do I need to download anything?
Nope! You'll get a link to a private page where sessions stream. Just click and watch from your browser — no downloads or special software needed.
Can I upgrade to the Superpass later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime during or after the event. But the best price is usually available before the event starts.
What's your refund policy?
We have a Happy Knitter Guarantee: If you're not satisfied after Day 1, email us within 48 hours for a full refund — no questions asked. We want you to feel confident investing in your knitting education.
