Row 1: (Right Side): Skip 3ch (count as 1dc) *1dc into each of next 2ch, work Picot of [3ch, inserting hook down through top of last st made and sl st to close], [1ch, skip 1ch, 1dc into next ch, Picot] twice, 1ch, skip 1ch, 1dc into each of next 2ch**, 1ch, skip 1ch; rep from * ending last rep at **, 1dc into last 2 ch, turn.
Row 2: 3ch (count as 1dc), skip 1st st, 1dc into next st, *[Picot, 1ch, skip next ch and picot, 1dc into next dc] 3 times, 1dc into next dc**, 1ch, skip 1ch; rep from * ending last rep at **, dc into turn ch, turn.

Repeat Row 2 until you have reached your desired length.
