Row 3: *[P1, k3] twice, p1, C4F, [p1, k3] 3 times; rep from * to end.
Row 4: *[P3, k1] 3 times, p4, k1, [p3, k1] twice; rep from * to end

Repeat rows 1-4 until you have reached your desired length.
