Cast On: Multiples of 4 + 1

Row 1: (WS): K1, *p1, k1; rep from * to end
Row 2: P1, *yb, sl 1 purlwise, kfb of next st, k1, psso the last 3 sts made, p1; rep from * to end
Row 3: K1, *p1, k1; rep from * to end
Row 4: P1, k1, p1, *yb, sl 1 purlwise, kfb of next st, k1, psso the last 3 sts made, p1; rep from * to last two sts, k1, p1

Repeat these 4 rows until you have reached your desired length.
