About This Stitch Pattern
The twisted trim edge is a decorative edging for your knitting projects. This cable trim adds a wonderful finishing touch to any project and is knit separately. Worked over only 6 stitches, the basic cable edge is easy to knit, even for beginners. It works up quickly and can be made to match all lengths of the project edge you wish to attach it to. Stitches can either be picked up along the edge to continue your project, or the trim can be sewn on after your project is finished.
The twisted trim edge would be great for sweaters, blankets, purses or hat brims!
