About This Stitch Pattern
The Vertical Herringbone Stitch pattern is created by selectively using increases and decreases to make a series of columns with a zig-zag motif. The effect is similar to that of herringbone fabric. This pattern travels vertically, but there is also a horizontal herringbone stitch.
