About This Stitch Pattern
The Woven Cable Stitch pattern creates a tight, dense fabric with a woven basketweave look. The effect is created by combining 2/2 Right and Left Crosses on offset rows. This makes the pattern appear to weave in and out for a very pleasant effect. This is a great stitch for bulky yarns to use in pillows, bags, and blankets.
