Row 4:
Purl
Row 5:
K3, * yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k5; rep from * to last 6 sts, yo, sl 1, k2tog, psso, yo, k3.
Row 6:
Purl

Repeat Rows 1-6 until you have reached your desired length.
