Foundation Chain: Multiples of 2

• Row 1: Work 1sc into 3rd ch from hook, 1sc into each ch to end, turn.
• Row 2: 1ch (count as first sl st), skip first st, *yo and insert hook into next st, yo and draw through a loop, yo and draw through first loop on hook, yo and insert hook into same st, yo and draw through a loop, yo and draw through all 5 loops on hook, 1ch to secure st (Berry st), sl st into next st; rep from * ending with last sl st worked into turning ch, turn.
• Row 3: 1ch (count as first sc), skip first st, *sl st into next berry st, 1sc into next sl st; rep from * to end, turn.
• Row 4: 1ch to count as first sl st, *1 berry st into next sl st, sl st into next sc; rep from * to end, turn.

Repeat rows 3 and 4 until you have reached your desired length.
