The Inverted Gull Cable Panel Stitch is a beautiful slipped stitch cable pattern. Made by using a pair of 1 over 3 cross stitches, these cables have elongated stitches. By mirroring these cables next to each other, the effect looks like a flock of seagulls flying in a row. With only 4 rows and a simple cable repeat, Inverted Gull Cable is an easy stitch for beginner knitters to experiment with.

Cast On: Panel worked over 13 stitches on a background of reverse stockinette.

  • Row 4: P2, k9, p2

Repeat rows 1-4 until you have reached your desired length.
