About This Stitch Pattern
The Rhombus Cable stitch is a subtle geometric cable pattern. It’s unique look comes from being worked on a background of stockinette, keeping the cable flush with the rest of the fabric. With sharp, angular lines, the rhombus cable contrasts most crossed stitch patterns, where the round curves of the cable are highlighted. This is a great stitch pattern to add texture to large pieces of fabric, including sweaters, hats, and scarves.
