About This Stitch Pattern
The seed stitch is a classic knitting pattern great for beginners. Similar to the 1×1 rib stitch, this stitch creates a bumpy textured fabric by offsetting the second row. This staggering gives the seed stitch it’s unique look. The durable fabric is perfect for washcloths, scarves, and sweaters.
